The service

Lingovibe provides AI-powered English lessons, assessments, and conversation practice. AI teachers are software, not humans; while we work hard on quality, AI output can contain mistakes and does not constitute professional certification of your level unless explicitly stated on an issued certificate.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Minimum age: 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country).

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; their terms apply to the transaction. Voice-minute allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Refunds follow Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

No abuse of the AI systems, no attempts to extract other users' data, no automated scraping of lessons, and no unlawful content in conversations. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Content

All lesson content is original to Lingovibe and protected by copyright. You keep ownership of what you write and say; you grant us a licence to process it to provide the service.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
